Phreesia is OSC’s on-line patient registration system, which launched in March 2022. It helps you to:
- Check-in for your next appointment
- Update demographic information
- Update insurance information
- Pay your copayment, coinsurance, or outstanding balance
- Shorten your wait time to be seen
The new NextGen OSC Patient Portal is our on-line patient care and communication management system which will launch the end of June, 2022. It allows you to:
- Change or cancel an appointment. You will soon be able to schedule an appointment.
- Directly message your physician or care provider with questions
- Request a prescription refill
- See visit summaries, lab & test results, appointment history
- Link to bill pay
You will be sent an invitation to enroll in the new Patient Portal, IF you allow us to communicate with you by email. More good news – you won’t need a token to enroll! Just create a username and password to access the portal.
The current OSC Patient Portal in use will no longer be available after the launch of the new system.
